Ntwanano means unity in the Tsonga language – one of the 11 official languages of South Africa.  For the co-owner, Sertorio, this is where his passion for people, cultures and nature unify to offer innovative tourism products for the domestic and international travelers alike.

Sertorio Chambale

Sertorio has extensive experience as an educator, social development practitioner, consultant and entrepreneur. The skills – acquired on his many work-related and leisure travels in Africa, Europe and the United States of America – are evident to his guests when developing unique customer-centered packages filled with innovative ideas.
In 2004 he teamed up with a business partner to form the Mpumalanga-based tour and travel agency, Mozambique Advisor Mpumalanga. His involvement in this business exposed him to significant insights within the tourism industry.
Since 2005 Sertorio has participated in important international Tourism Exhibitions and conferences South Africa – INDABA & WTM Africa, Spain – FITUR, Portugal – BTL and in September 2015 he will be taking part in the Brazilian Tourism Expo – ABAV.
Taking part in exhibitions of this size and stature continue to sharpen his understanding of travel trends within the global and local markets and are proving to be valuable for his company.
Travelling with Sertorio as guide, his patient and knowledgeable nature, soon has one at ease. For the past 12 years, no challenge has been too great and no detail too small to warrant his full and unreserved attention in delivering tourism packages of outstanding value.
It is this skill-set of Sertorio that has been rewarded with the 2009 ABSA Business Banking/LCBT Hospitality Small Enterprise Award and the 2012/2013 Emerging Tourism Enterprise of the Year Award (ETEYA) Provincial Winner for Mpumalanga and a National Finalist.
Sertorio is fluent in English, Portuguese, xiTsonga and IsiZulu.  He supports a local non-profit organization, the Dasha Foundation for the Disabled, with transfers and tours. Sertorio also supports Blind and Visually Impaired locals from disadvantaged neighboring communities – taking them on specialized Tours of the Kruger National Park and other sites such as the Elephants Sanctuary and the Lowveld botanical gardens. Reaching out to people with disabilities is his main focus and this has had a huge impact on shaping accessibility tours for tourists in general, a rare offering in the Travel and Tourism Industry.


Khensani Gizela Chambale

Gizela Khensani is a Jewellery designer and manufacturer by profession and spends most of her extra time fulfilling a myriad of functions in the company. She assists with accounting and administration, but also serves as substitute professional driver when need arises. Gizela is fluent in English, xiTsonga, and Portuguese.



Marlene has a keen interest in Public Relations and legal issues. She has for more than 15 years worked as  a Personal Assistant, Secretary and Administration officer. This has exposed her to the ever-demanding ethos required in any public and private domains. Over the years, she has acquired effective and efficient planning, organizational and overall leadership and analytic skills examples of which include: creativity, independent work and customer-care. Such qualities have proved indispensable in her working environment. Her successive on-the-job training and years of experience have contributed to the betterment of her linguistic skills and administrative routines. Currently, she manages the day to day running of the business with special focus on administration and accounts.
